I lead Narrativewave’s AI strategy, architecture, and delivery, and a team of five AI engineers and data scientists, across three connected products: WaveAI, an evidence-guided agentic copilot; Smart Summary & Priority Tracker, a daily operational agenda for large fleets; and an MCP-first onboarding and delivery workflow for the data science team.

My route into AI leadership ran through both engineering and client delivery. As Data Scientist I, I owned three accounts, primarily Oil & Gas, from signal mapping to predictive models. As Data Scientist II, I built sellable Solar, Wind, and BESS analytics packages and owned delivery for accounts totaling 12 GW+—from discovery and pre-sales to weekly engineering sessions, QBRs, and executive reviews.

That experience shapes how I build: deterministic logic where numbers matter, model-guided reasoning where judgment helps, and humans owning consequential decisions. Typed tools, golden datasets, LLM-as-judge and grounding checks, prompt regression tests, guardrails, and traced, replayable runs are part of that engineering discipline—not finishing touches.

Outside my professional work, I build things that make me curious. With they-work, that means turning AI coding threads into a pixel-art office — a local-first developer tool with tiny coworkers and serious engineering underneath. I like projects where usefulness and a sense of play can coexist.
