Smart Summary & Priority Tracker

An explainable daily agenda for teams operating fleets of 100K+ assets per customer.

problem

Across dozens of sites, telemetry and event logs overwhelm the attention available to each team. Knowing where to look first becomes its own operational problem.

approach

Classify the open backlog, track age and energy exposure, rank sites for each team, and connect each priority to WaveAI investigation.

impact

Deployed across the customer base, with explicit ranking criteria, next-step playbooks, and a shared Daily Focus.

From a fleet to a daily agenda

When a customer operates dozens of sites and 100K+ assets, no team can inspect every telemetry stream and event log each morning. I built Smart Summary & Priority Tracker to do the looking and put the right priorities in front of each team.

The scale refers to assets per customer—not monthly LLM queries.

What I built

The system reads the full open backlog, classifies every event, tracks age and energy exposure, and ranks sites separately for Operations, Performance Engineering, Asset Management, and Executives.

A cross-team Daily Focus identifies where those priorities overlap. Attention labels—Act now, Investigate today, and Watch—combine with event playbooks to turn a position in a list into a next step.

Explicit ranking, model-guided explanation

Ranking criteria are explicit and traceable. A site’s position can be explained, challenged, and tuned for a customer instead of being trusted as a black box.

WaveAI is the explanation and investigation layer, not a replacement for the ranking engine. It explains priority using the engine’s own rules and translates the same facts for different teams.

From “why this site?” to investigation

“Tell Me More” launches WaveAI with the site, period, and evidence already in context. It can pull telemetry and event history, explain the priority, and carry the user into root-cause investigation and supported action.

Ownership and operational impact

I built the prioritization system and its connection to WaveAI. It is deployed across our customer base, giving different operational audiences a daily agenda while retaining a shared, inspectable basis for those priorities.

Conceptual workflow, not a client dashboard. No unverified time-saving or financial-return estimate is implied.
